Our Services

Commercial Law

Commercial Law

When you seek our help with a commercial agreement or a business transaction, you will not get a lawyer who takes a ‘checklist’ approach. We take the time to think how this agreement or transaction affects your business and we tailor our advice to your needs.

Property Law

Property Law

In many property dealings, you need not only a lawyer, but a negotiating partner. We are the right law firm to draft and review property documents and to negotiate the best outcome for you.

For example, it is a standard clause in many leases that a lessee must not bring heavy equipment onto a premises. If you need a lease of a warehouse, heavy equipment will likely move through on a daily basis (forklifts, trucks etc). With us as your lawyer, we will identify how these ‘standard’ clauses are not applicable to you and negotiate for their amendment.

Taxation Law

Taxation Law

Our principal, Peter Bosco, is an expert in tax law. He has a Masters Degree in Tax from the University of New South Wales, and is a regular presenter on tax topics to the Tax Institute.

We can provide you the clarity you need in one of the most challenging areas of law.

Wills

Wills & Estates

A good Wills & Estates lawyer should be well versed in all aspects of transferring assets, including commercial structures and tax consequences. Fortunately, we have significant expertise in these areas and can assist you to transfer your assets to the next generation during life and through a Will.
